MVG will be affected by strikes on Monday February 2

As part of the current collective bargaining negotiations at TV-N Bayern, MVG will be on strike all day on Monday, February 2.

Important information in the event of a strike:

  • Subway, tram, and bus (up to line 199)
  • Bus service partially possible, but irregular
  • Subway remains out of service for safety reasons
  • Tram service dependent on staffing; priority on line 20

S-Bahn and regional buses are not affected.

We recommend using other means of transportation on the day of the strike, carpooling, or working from home if possible.

Please note: When searching for connections in advance, it is not certain that the selected lines will actually be running later. Whether, where, and how many vehicles are in service changes throughout the day.

The MVG guarantee does not apply in the event of a strike. Proportional refunds are also not possible for other tickets (weekly/monthly tickets, season tickets, etc.) in the event of a strike.
